Filing a contempt order

Can I file a contempt order or lien for back support or do I need an attorney? Also where do I file he lives in Hall Co. I live in Mitchell Co. and we were divorced in Clarke Co.

Yes, if Child Support "CS" was required. If it wasn't then no. Jusrisdiction would be Hall County. Otherwise, if he hasn't paid you any CS in the last 30 days, contact your local Magistrate Ct for a criminal warrant for abandonment of minor child, this jurisdiction would be Mitchell County and no attorney needed.
