hiding income

What can you do if your ex lied in court about his employment, he has put his business and assets in his current wife's name to avoid child support payment. Not paid in over a year. Payments are involuntary.

You can file a contempt action against him. The test is whether he willingly avoided making payments. Consult with a local attorney.

You should consult the attorney who represented you in order to initiate efforts to remedy the situation. If you did not have an attorney, then you will need to hire one.
