I am going to be asking my husband for adivorce he has

cheated on me through out our 37 year marriage has done it again got evidence I want him to be the one to leave our home and I want to keep my car he gave it to me but kept title in his name how do I get him out

A spouse can't evict a spouse. Absent

agreement a court will decide if the house is sold or how it is divided and what happens to the car. You definitely need a lawyer.
