My husband and I are getting a divorce. I have since learned that he has been seeing someone the whole time. Can I stipulated in the divorce papers that I order for me to sign and divorce him that he dissolve the relationship with her now and in the future?

No

He can file for divorce without your consent or approval of who he sleeps with

But that is a good thing to bring up to a jury when doing a property split

Demand a jury trial in your answer and have his girlfriend testify to how long they have been sleeping together

Juries don't like adulterers

Good luck
