Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My husband had divorce paper drawn his claim marriage is over, or “irretrievably broken.” I work in Africa in only in the US for short period of time

My husband has requested all three property (2 home in Germany & one in the US )and the car leaving me with nothing;

I want to counter suit I requested the home in the US and the car and he pays the mortgage.

I think he is having affair as this request for a divorce was out of the blue

Finances usually affect the case more than conduct. You didn't ask a question but you need a lawyer to determine what is realistic and how to pursue it. The case will likely go badly otherwise. Your time frame is very short and the wrong response can hurt you.
