My husband and I are not divorced and have no custody arrangement. He has had three of our children for a couple of years now ( against my will but in their best interest) and I have had one. He is now planning on moving from Ga to who knows where this week. He is unemployed and has no plans. I live in Va and am employed and stable. He will not let them come visit or stay with me and is withholding them as punishment. Anything I can do to stop this move until we reach a legal agreement??

If the issues are important, you will immediately see a lawyer in Virginia. Asking on the internet will do no good at all (especially when Georgia law has nothing to do with the situation at this point).
