Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My husband has been in Korea since Jan. I want to file for divorce and move in with my boyfriend with our kids. Can I do that?

Your lawyer (and I assume if you want a divorce that you have already obtained one) is the one to ask. I suspect that if you try to move your children in with a boyfriend and are having an affair that you may be dealing with a contested divorce, and if the judge doesn't like the idea of an illegal live-in lover arrangement, you may put custody of your children at risk.
