Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

my husband has a $150,000 policy on his kids from previous marriage and $150,000 for me and our kid . In his divorce it states he has to carry $500,000 on them so if something happens to him will she get it all?

You need to have a serious talk with your husband. The missing $350,000 would come not out of your policy but out of assets he might leave to you (home, bank account, car, etc). Additionally, he could be found in contempt and even be sent to jail. Find out why he would put your inheritance, and himself, at risk over something so inexpensive.
