Frequently, "uncontested," divorces where issues of real property and/or children are involved turn out to be contested. Consider hiring an attorney to represent your issues without delay.

You are NOT in an uncontested divorce. Even an uncontested divorce requires a lawyer. A contested divorce ABSOLUTELY requires a lawyer. Emailed offers are as worthless as used toilet paper and settlement offers are inadmissable in court.

If you care about your children and the property issues, it is absolutely vital that you retain a lawyer immediately.
