What is the legal definition of a minor in Georgia. If a parent has a child who is in college and 20 years of age are they consided minors in divorce cases?

A minor is a person who has not reached their 18th birthday. However the child's college expenses can be an issue in a divorce whether the child is under 18 or 18 and above.
