Is there any legal recourse against an able-bodied father who avoids finding or keeping a job in order to avoid paying his court-ordered child support?

The court may look at his ability to obtaina job and make the child support payments based upon his ability. Also, if he has bank accounts and direct deposit, you may be able to subpoena those records to prove that he actually had a job, but refused to pay. If rents or pays mortgage, there may be records regarding his income.
