Can you legitimate a child in the body of a complaint for divorce and add language into a settlement agreement in georgia if it is filed uncontested

Your post makes no sense at all. Complaints do not legitimize children. Court orders do. Your question tells me that you are about to mess up you and your child's life with some type of form (and forms go very badly) and you need to see a lawyer.
