Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

First I live in Georgia....

My ex is trying to say that since he has moved in with his girlfriend, her limited income & child support, and her three kids that childsupport to me for our three kids can be lowered... Is it true?

First of all the good news - you have no problem at all. ALWAYS ignore ignorant ex's when they make verbal threats about support. Until and unless he files a case, you have NOTHING to even think about. The fact that he is talking and not filing something is good news. IF he files something, hire counsel.

Moving in with a girlfriend and choosing to support her and not his kids (if he ever filkes anything) will tell the judge he is a jerk, as that is not a reason to alter support. In fact it could boomerang as you'd have a case pending in which to seek an increase.

So ignore him. As you already obviously know, he's a loser and he's not very smart.
