Me and my ex were never married and we have a child together. The child has been legitimized. Since I was pregnant with the child he has told me to have an abortion and I refused. Well the child is now 3 and since she was born he has told me 4 times he wanted to terminate but when it comes down to him signing he refuses. What can I do? One month he is taken me to court for visitation another he is wanting to terminate.

There is no such thing as terminating rights. Ignore his uniformed statements. If you have further questions discuss those with your lawyer.
