I married a man in July 2005 who had told me that his ex-wife had gotten a divorce from him after they separated in 2004. We didn't find out that it never went through and had to go through the trouble of helping him get an annulment from said woman in July 2007. I need to know if I am legally married to this man since it seems that he wasn't divorced when we were married.

You've mixed the words annulment and divorce back and forth so its impossible to answer you. I'd want to get details and see the divorce/annulment which are two opposite things.
