If you get married but the person you marry is married to someone else.but she divorces him six months after that are you legally married

No your marriage is void and you want to see a lawyer ASAP about an annulment so the record is clear as to the status. The person you marry can face criminal prosecution (and, if you were aware the marriage, you also can face prosecution).
