I have been married for 36 years. Am I entitled to half of my husbands pension when divorcing?

No. Georgia is NOT a community property state. Georgia does have equitable division,which means that a court decides on what is deemed a fair division of all assets and debts. So retirement plans likely will be divided. It could be 50-50, 100-0, 75-25 or any other percentage.
