Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have been married almost 4 years. Just found out my husband divorced his first wife 2 years after we were married. My question is is my marriage legal and if not, would I have to file for a divorce even if it was not legal.

Generally speaking, if you marry someone who is married, the second marriage is void. You would need to marry again if you want to stay married.

If your spouse was married, then your marriage is void. If you want to remain married, you will need to marry again. If you do not want to remain married, you can file for an annulment. You do not have to file for a divorce.
