I've been married 5 years. My husband's ex girlfriend continues to call and email him although I advised her not to. I have proof that she initiates communication (although he often responds). Do I have any rights to sue this woman for intentional marital interference or third party harassment?

Your husband and his ex are communicating with each other, and you think you can stop it with lawsuits??? It looks like the person she is "harassing" might be fine with it. Resolve your issues in the home.
