Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I am in the middle of a custody battle. My son's father is taking me to court for my son. He has never done anything for him, sadly to say he never wanted to be apart f his life and is taking me to court to escape child support. I lived in Tampa,Fl at the time and he petitioned the court in Miami,Fl. I had no relations to Miami,Fl in over three years,I lived there prior, however I lived worked, paid taxes, went to school and worked in Tampa,Fl for three years. The judge dismissed my case in January and after I let the Petitioner know I had a job transfer, he went to the courts and some how was given a temporary order. My question is can I request a change of venue to Tampa,Fl? The case was originally filed in the wrong Jurisdiction. Now, I am a resident of Georgia, I can not do anything in Georgia. Although my children are receiving benefits from the state of Georgia. I would like to know my options, Please help me,my son has told me in the two times I;ve spoken with him, his dad leaves him home alone. I would like to know what options do I have in this case?

You should have hired a lawyer then. You may be too late to do anything now, but you will need to go to Florida and hire a lawyer.
