Your question makes no sense as posted. Added to what? For what reason? Child support? Property? Division of assets? Something else?

If you are in a divorce, it would be completely foolish not to have a lawyer from day one, so I assume you do have one. Why have you not discussed your case with your divorce attorney, who will know the detailed facts?
