Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I want to move out of state. I was in a relationship for 18 years lived together for 15 years. we have 3 children. He is on the birth certs but he never ligitimized them (obviously we r not married). I have just got a TPO on him for violence and death threats on me in front of the children. I am worried that when i go to court in 2 weeks for the one year protective order the judge will grant him visitation and i will be stuck here. Will the judge grant any visitation to him? and can i leave the state?

Under Georgia law, if he has never legitimized the child, he should have no visitation. I'd suggest appearing with legal counsel.
