If paternity/child support papers have been filed,but now the mother wants to stop the action,what can be done?

She can file a motion to dismiss without prejudice. If both parties agree to it, they can file a consent motion to dismiss without prejudice or claims by both parties. The judge may sign the matter without a hearing. However, the judge may schedule a hearing.
