pregnant and divorcing

I am 23 weeks preganat and my husband just left me and took a lot of martial property from the house that he did not pay for me myself paid for all. He hardly works. We also have a 5 yr child. He his also on parole. Can I get a divorc from him before our 2nd child is born. And can I get it to where visitation are supervised with his past history of abuse on me. And Can I get my stuff back (washer/dryer, TVs)? He has not paid a single bill in that house, only lights, water and phone.
