Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I am in the process of divorce in Georgia. It is uncontested and has been filed for 31+ days! it is just waiting on the judges signature. Once it is signed, can it be cancelled or annulled(like a marriage). It seems someone may be willing to reconcile. So could it be cancelled or would we have to just remarry?

Your lawyer can tell you if it's too late. Once it's been submitted to the judge, most judges sign them in a day or two. If so, you'd have to remarry.
