Ive got proof

If I have proof that a child is not mine (DNA results) How can I get my name remove from the birth certificate?

See a lawyer. It wil involve a court case. It will be rather expensive if the mother disagrees, and may be fairly inexpensive if she agrees and cooperates. My office handles such cases.

A DNA test may or may not be enough. First of all the test must be one that a court accepts, done in a manner acceptable to the court.

Second, depending on what has happened to date, a court may or may not permit you to be removed. That depends on how long you waited, how old the child is, and prior proceedings.
