Property Distribution
He owned the property before the marriage. But we made improvements which increase the value of the property. Do I get a portion of the value increase to his home? Property is in Georgia.

Yes, you are entitled to a fair share representing your contribution to the improvement, at least if the divorce is in GA and therefore governed by GA law. If your divorce is elsewhere, the law of that state will apply. Consult with a local attorney.
