Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have a property division decree that states she owes me for bills acquired during the marriage. Now she wants to have it set aside because the wording on the child support worksheet question says financial issues as it pertains to a support issue. She is using this as her defense to skip out on paying me.

No one here has read your papers to know what you need to do, and you have not given details anyone would need to answer but obviously you need to immediately sit down with a lawyer. The best one to call is the one you used when you got divorced.
