Putting husband out

I told my husband to leave (permanently) from my home and he will not leave. Legally, how can I put him out

Unless you have a court order, you can't get him out. Both sides have equal access to the marital abode unless a judge rules otherwise. Consult with a local attorney about beginning proceedings.

You can't, absent a court order. If there is violence, a TPO case may get him out. A divorce also may do that at some point. Either way, it's up to the Judge, and initially you need to sit down with a lawyer.
