Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

What should I do if my ex refuses to follow the court agreement. Ex: tells the kids I am not thier father, her new husband is; is supposed to let me know before she takes kids to doctor but never lets me know but expects me to pay half the bill; says negative things to me to the kids and in front of kids, will not answer the phone when I try to call and check on thekids, etc.

You call your lawyer and file for contempt and/or change of custody.

If there is a nondisparagement clause, she may be found in contempt if you can prove it. It should be easier to prove the doctor issue. You should bring the bills and emails with you to court to prove she has not provided you with required information. Finally, obtain your telephone records now. Some records are available for only six months. It depends on the service provider. It s better to do it now.
