Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Can I represent myself in court for a child support hearing?? Or would I be better off just settling with local child support agency?? Mother has child out of state.and I have no set visitation. Been sending her money each month on my own..thanks

Both representing yourself and settling are foolish. What you need to do is talk to a lawyer and determine, based on the actual paperwork, what to do. The cost of you blowing this by acting on your own will greatly exceed the cost of talking to a lawyer.
