Reverse decree

Ex have not obeyed decree concerning minor. He does not pick minor up on scheduled weekends, summertime, holidays nor calling. We are supposed to let the other know if taking minor over 200 miles from city. I was to get a loan to pay ex equity in home, but I don't have a job. He did not keep family life insurance. He supposed to pay child support and now had it fix were he dont have to pay. What can I do to get decree reversed: me not having to pay him equity and not letting him know that I am taking minor out-of-town and him making me sole ownership of property as stated in decree. Divorce was in 2005.

Property and debt settlements, as I am sure your lawyer told you, CANNOT be modified. You may, if you mutually agree, find that a lawyer can then draft an agreement that does those sorts of things, but as you know, a court cannot redo those things.

Alimony, custody child support and visitation MAY be modifiable. Get counsel to review your papers and the detailed facts.
