rights of of deceased man children
my dad died in december, he didnt get to finish his will his ex wife who has been remarried for 6 yrs and did not have a good relationship with my dad has 2 kids to my dad she and my uncle planned dad funeral without even asking me i live in pa my dad lived in ga there is no administrator and they gave my ex stepmother his death certificate my dad has a 1966 car that was promoised to me and the house. but i have no proof of this are there any laws to help me and my brother and sister to make sure that everything is devided equally between her 2 kids and the 3 of us and can ex stepmom take and control everything because she holds the death certificate
