What does a Rule Nisi Order mean exactly and how long is one good?

Since a Rule Nisi simply sets a hearing date (although it optionally can contain other language) there is absolutely no way anyone here can answer you unless we say every word in the order (and for some reason you chose not to tell us what type case this is, much less tell us what the order says).

Since you're already in a court case you should already have a lawyer and I am not understanding why you have not asked him, since he will know the answer.
