I secured a divorce attorney, however, the attorney was the only one who signed the contract, i did not sign the contract, do i have a legal contract

While it is good practice for both parties tosign a fee contract, engagement, you can hire a divorce lawyer without it, and you're likely bound by it absent some very unusual facts.
