Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Sell of House

My problem is that i purchased a home with my wife about 6years ago, i used my va loan to buy the house, my wife and i had a lot problems so she just packed up one day and move out. She took a job in Washington DC, stayed for about a year and half. now she is back in Ga but we are still not together. She lives near Atlanta. I recently decided to put the house up for sale because I want to move to my family home. I guess my question is since she left and has not paid a note in 4years does she still have any say if I can sell the house or not and do I need her signature to complete the sale. We are still married but have been seperated for the last 4 years and she has not stayed in the house. What are my rights, can she stop me from selling the house since I am the primary on the loan.

Thanks in Advance

Re: Sell of House

I would strongly advise that you divorce her before you sell the house.
