Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I am going through a seperation, and decided to move out of the family house. I can afford to buy a house, but want to know whether I should rent for now instead, until the divorce is finalized. Or is it okay for me to go ahead and buy another house ?

If you can afford a house, you can afford a lawyer to advise you on this and every other issue in the case. No one here knows the relevant fact -- and you did not provide any.

As Scott said, if you can afford a house, affording a lawyer is something you can and must do. A lawyer will explain why it will be a huge problem to buy property before the divorce is over.
