if i sign a birth certificate and add the baby to my insurance but it didn't go through cause job wanted DNA Test The mother refuse to give me a DNA Test, The baby is 4 years old I have been asking her for a DNA test for 2 years,she went and took out child support couple days ago, judge wouldn't give me A DNA test ordered me pay. Is there any way I can get a DNA Test
