Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Is a signed contract between 2 parties, and signed by witnesses and notary, still valid after 15 years if there's no limitations or expiration date on it ? It only consist of what one party in the marriage is held liable to if contract is broken? The 2 parties are still married and that one party violated the contract. Again, no expiration date or limited to any time frame.Almost like a postnup agreement

Since you chose to omit what the contract says or what was violated, there is no way anyone will be able to answer the question you posted.
