Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My son's child support is very high but now I'm unemployed , how can I get the payments reduce or stop. I have back child support as well do to time in jail. what can I do with no money coming in?

You must file a motion to modify the child support. You cannot elimiate the back child support. However, you can be placed on an extended payment plan.
