if I know my spouse is cheating but I don't have proof can I still file a divorce but not loose custody of my kids? even if I'm an over the road truck driver.

No one can possibly tell you what will happen as to custody without significant information that you should NOT post online, since your post here is public and your spouse can see it. The type things that MOST affect custody are what PARENTING things a parent does for and witha child. Who goes to the PTA meetings? Who changes the diapers? Who washes the clothes? Who makes breakfast? Who takes the child to the doctor? Etc. Retain a lawyer (that's essential in any custody dispute) and share the details with him or her.
