Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

stopping child support payments.

My last and youngest son is now, by agreement between his mother and I, living and attending school with me. child support is still being deducted by my employer. Since the mother and I have agreed to this situation, do I have to go back to court and get it resolved or can I submit an affidavit to that effect?

Re: stopping child support payments.

You can't just agree to violate a court order. If you want it changed, it requires a court case. See a lawyer ASAP.
