Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Trying to sue after paternity acknowledgement

If a guy signs a paternity acknowledgement form for a kid and then takes a paternity test 10 years later and finds out the kid isn't his, can he sue the mother for the child support he has given her, even if there was no cour order for him to pay child support? He only paid child support because he thought it was right.
