Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Summer visitation. I get to pick 4 weeks. He gets to pick four weeks. Memorial day and fourth of July are also designated to each of us. My ex says the holidays do not matter if they fall in a week that the other picks. For example. It is my memorial day weekend but he picked this week to have our son as one of his summer weeks so too bad for me. Summer visitation and the holidays fall under the section of holidays and special days with the paragraph beginning: The following parenting period schedule shall apply to holidays and special events which shall supersede any other weekend or weekday custodial periods.

I say the holidays supersede all--Regardless of the week you pick. Why else would a judge designate!!?

To clarify my answer I meant to say the papers should answer the 4 weeks/holiday issue as well as answering the holiday/weekend one.
