Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My ex supposed to pay 20% of his yearly bonuses as part of child support. Ever since our divorce 9 years ago he claims he doesn't get bonuses. He has his own company now. Is there any way to check if he gets bonuses? Also I believe he make much more now than 9 years ago, is there any way to find out that?

Another thing our divorce papers says that he should maintain medical insurance for the child. He claims medical doesnt mean dental, so he doesnt want to pay for dental.

You are entitled to a modification of child support every two years based on changed circumstances such as an increase in pay. While an action is pending, you can supboena all relevant records such as paystubs, W-2's, bank records, etc. I would be happy to discuss with you free of charge how my office may be of service to you. Please feel free to give us a call.
