Surname
My husband's ex-wife still has his last name. She is using Mrs. instead of Ms. Is that legal? If not, what can we do?

Yes. It is perfectly legal. A divorced woman can continue to use her former husband's last name and may refer to herself as "Mrs." In fact, her name changes in a divorce only if she puts that in the divorce decree, or later files for a name change. No point getting upset over it.
