Teen Pregnancy Rights

I have a 15 yr old, pregnant by an 18 yr old. Her mom is threatening that if she doesn't have an abortion she will press charges against her boyfriend. 1)Will the charges stick? 2)Can she move out? 3) What rights does she have now that she will be a parent? Please respond ASAP as this is very time sensitive!!

This is not the appropriate place for such personal "time sensitive" matters, and it is not approrpiate to expect specific legal advice on what any of you should do. The best option is probably to seek immediate family counseling, from a qualified counselor, prior to making decisions that may affect the rest of your daughter's life.
