Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Can temporary guardianship be resolved if the guardian is willing to sign children back over to mother, and we get the guardianship forms signed and stamped by notary of the public and posted in court?

Your post makes no sense, but guardianships are started, and ended, by a court order, not by signed forms.
