In the State of Georgia, how long does a Judge have to sign a final divorce decree after a hearing?

There is no set time limit. However, most judges want to dispose of cases as quickly as possible. Assuming you have an attorney and the hearing has already been held, your attorney can tactfully inquire of the judge as to the signing of the decree.
