Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

visitation

My husband is working in Iraq and we don't know where he will live when he returns. How do I write a ''reasonable'' plan when I don't know where he will live and I refuse to put my son on a plane.

Re: visitation

You don't provide enough information to fully answer your question. If you are not yet legally separated or divorced, then those issues will be addressed when that occurs. If you already are, then those issues should have been addressed in that action.

If you need more information, you can visit my family law blog (www.SCFamilyLaw.com) or our website (www.StevensFirm.com). I wish you the best of luck.
